Project tenant improvements includes demo and safe off existing service, private metering to meet building code, a new 400A/480V service feeding a 225kva transformer that will support the 208/120v loads, branch power, communications infrastructure, voice/data cabling, WAPS, P&ID systems design-build for process controls, lighting and controls to meet Seattle Energy Code, provide electrical connections to mechanical equipment and electrical connections to owner supplied equipment, complete design-build fire alarm system to meet all code requirements, provide 270 degree of CCTV, access control system, receptacles per code, provide systems start up, testing, demonstration, commissioning support and training for installed systems.
