The building is approximately 355,000-sf with 4 levels of underground parking, and includes the preservation of a historic façade. The building has LEED Gold Scope: Full Shell & Core electrical, telecommunications, fire alarm, and security systems (Design and Construction), including: (3) 4000A service entrances, 1,250 kW house generator, fire pump, smoke control/pressurization, shell & core, front-of-house, site and building-mount LED lighting, EV-ready parking, lobby and building management buildout, loading dock, locker rooms, and other regular building services.
