Vulcan Block 38 Office Building

Located in the South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle at 520 Westlake Avenue N (corner of Westlake and Mercer), Block 38 is a Shell & Core 12-story mixed-use office building that is comprised of 347,000-sf of office space for Google, and 25,000-sf of accessory ground floor retail space for restaurants, shops and/or services. The building features three levels of underground parking with 348 stalls, and a bike room that contains 417 stalls. The project includes a large, 5,000-sf landscaped pedestrian-oriented public plaza on the south end of the block, which provides outdoor seating and public art. A long terrace on the sixth-floor level overlooks Westlake Avenue.
