Vulcan Block 35, Amazon Headquarters

Phase V of Amazon’s headquarters in South Lake Union consists of an 11-story, 360,000-sf structural steel framed building with office space, street-level retail and five levels of below-grade concrete parking structure with 496 stalls. Site logistics required a temporary “bridge” to maintain alley access to a neighboring building while it was removed to a depth of 50 feet and restored. The project also included a full tenant build-out following completion of core and shell.
