A 50,000-sf hospital tenant improvement project that consists of (60) patient rooms, nurses stations, on-call facilities, staff and administrative spaces, and clinical support areas. Project requirements include Level III Infection Control, working in and around occupied hospital space and coordinating crane access with the Emergency Department and hospital staff.
