University of Washington Medical Center, Montlake Surgery Pavilion

A multi-phase project that includes demolition and reconstruction of current office space, and clinical engineering on the first floor of the surgery pavilion to accommodate relocation of administration office space from the second floor of the surgery pavilion. The project is a complete remodel of 2,800-sf, with the construction of an expansion of 7,000-sf for an addition of two operating rooms, pharmacy, anesthesia work room, operating room sterile core, staff restrooms, and staff lounge/kitchen.
