The Eight, a 25-story office tower is located at 10660 N.E. Eighth St. in Bellevue, WA. This 540,000-sf project is designed with a side core that allows for large, flexible floor plates that will cater to all types of tenants and densities. Focused on a balance of nature and the energy of city life, the building prominently features seven alternating indoor/outdoor exterior balconies with a 7,000-sf open plaza, 11,000-sf for local retail operators, and an additional 1,800-sf mass timber pavilion, and four levels of underground parking with valet services including about 20 charging stations. Seven alternating indoor/outdoor balconies cap the two ends of the building and a private deck measuring nearly 3,200-sf on the roof. LEED Platinum, Fitwel, and Salmon-Safe certification.
