Spring Street North Block

Spring Street is a distinctive mixed-use development that incorporates civic spaces, retail, amenities, and 548 apartment homes on a gateway block shared with Town Hall, a historic landmark community performance and lecture venue. The design includes a destination urban open space that creates connections to the adjacent Freeway Park. A design-build, twin 32-story tower is 770,000-sf in total. This includes 8,400-sf of retail, 3,000-sf of office and restaurant space. Parking for 387 vehicles is available on eight levels below grade. Amenities include two large bike rooms, a package room, a gym, fourth-floor decks and dog run, and rooftop decks with amenities. The alley between Seneca and Spring creates a landscaped woonerf between the towers. Outdoor restaurant seating faces the plaza, which has a terraced design and a large open space for musical events, public markets, and outdoor movies.
