This two-story, 175,000-sf building with 850 parking spaces has a main level featuring a 7,800-seat arena with a public concourse, a hockey area, kitchen, two locker rooms, ticket and building administration offices, retail space, loading docks and storage areas. The suite level includes 20 luxury suites, sound room media, two pantries and a lounge space. Valley Electric installed interior and exterior lighting, sport lighting, lighting control systems, fire alarm, tele-data, CATV, Audio-Visual and cable trays during the 14-month long project.

Valley Electric also offers clients proactive predictive maintenance, periodic maintenance programs that ultimately reduce cost and demands, while maintaining stringent quality measures.  We execute routine and emergency maintenance of electrical power systems and equipment.
