Restoration Hardware Gallery

A new, ground-up 4 story, 46,000-sf stand alone steel structure retail building for Restoration Hardware. It is an elaborate ‘flagship’ gallery store designed to showcase their latest products and designs. The project includes extensive exterior LED lighting, over 120 custom chandeliers and a state of the art Lutron dimming and control system. The roof consists of two large outdoor ‘pavillions’ with extensive landscaping and panoramic views of the surrounding area. There are outdoor terraces throughout the galleries. There is an extensive sound system throughout the building, including the outdoor terraces.
