Rainier Beach High School Replacement

Rainier Beach High School was replaced with a new 4-story high school of approximately 297,000-sf. The school is organized in learning clusters with classrooms surrounding a learning commons, has secure points of entry, and is contextually appropriate and respectful of the surrounding single-family, residential, and small-business neighborhood. The school provides permanent space for 1,600 students grades 9-12.  A regional Skills Center is incorporated, as well as a district data center.

We provide 24 hours, 7 days a week service support and consultation when you need us the most. We are able to support you with any emergency, specialized project, from small work to the ongoing equipment maintenance and operation.

Valley Electric also offers clients proactive predictive maintenance, periodic maintenance programs that ultimately reduce cost and demands, while maintaining stringent quality measures.  We execute routine and emergency maintenance of electrical power systems and equipment.
