Approximately 3.0M-sf of new construction spread across 17 new buildings including a 60,000-sf Thermal Energy Center (TEC), The 15,000-sf TEC provides power to campus buildings and generates heating and cooling using geowells from constant temperature deep in the earth. The TEC also uses solar panels, chillers, thermal energy storage tanks and cooling towers. for the 72-acre site. The predominant building function is workspace with about 500,000-sf set aside for amenities, services, and other supporting uses. The campus features several sports and recreational facilities, including three athletic fields, walking and 2.5 miles of biking trails, and multi-use outdoor green spaces for recreation. It’s part of a larger campus modernization project that aims to create a connected and accessible environment for employees. A variety of fields and sports courts are available for activities like soccer, bocce ball, basketball, and beach volleyball.
