Luxury 440’, high-rise, mixed-use apartment building in tech-centric South Lake Union. The Kiara is a design-build,40-story building at Denny and Terry. The 468-home tower, developed by Holland Partner Group and designed by Weber Thompson, has studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom homes. Like most new luxury construction, it has a wide suite of amenities—like work and conference spaces and bigger, communal kitchens. The first-floor dog-run and wash station is a whole canine complex, with a small yard; a separate, gated of-leash area for separating shy and social dogs; a “dog lounge” with framed pup portraits; and a dog-washing room.
