The IDX Tower at Fourth and Madison building is a top destination in Seattle’s financial district. This 40-story, 850,000-sf office tower marked the return to class A+ high-rise office construction in Seattle’s core. It was the first building of its type in ten years. Architectural interest is provided by the sweeping twelfth-floor overhang that soars above the surrounding neighborhood. A 7-story cable-stayed glass lobby wall provides a beautiful backdrop to the 5-story atrium lobby. The building is situated between two major underground transportation centers: the Metro Bus tunnel and the UPRR rail center, and Interstate 5 is only three blocks away.
