Helen Sommers Building (1063 Block Replacement Project)

This stunning 211,300-sf, five-story build-to-suit facility, located in Washington’s state capitol, was designed to be in the top one percent of office buildings nationally in energy efficiency. The workspaces for Washington State Patrol and other state government departments include open office area, conference rooms, and a full building height atrium. Installed systems include medium voltage distribution to and within building, distribution transformation to 480V, lighting, lighting control, mechanical and branch, fire alarm, security rough in, com risers, 750kW generator and 100kva UPS.
