Chapter Building 1 (CB1) is a Shell & Core office building consisting of 3-floors of underground parking with 12-floors of above grade shelled office, amenity, future retail, and back-of-house spaces totaling approx. 331,000-sf. Included as part of the project is a through block that provides access to an adjacent, developer built, park. Scope: Limited site work, full electrical, including lighting, fire alarm, and various low voltage and specialty systems.
