The Bothell City Hall project includes shell and core construction of a 4-story, 53,000-sf office building atop a 251-car underground parking garage. The facilities include council chambers, with full tenant improvements. Substantial site improvements include the relocation of existing infrastructure, new off-site utilities and right-of-way improvements, civic plazas, water features, and additional building pads for future private development. Sustanability features include the living wall to improve air quality, charging stations for electric cars, on-site storm water treatment in a rain garden adjacent to outdoor public spaces, and a solar array to save energy costs.
