Allen Institute

The Allen Institute project consists of a 271,000-sf, state of the art, high performance life science research facility housing. The building design incorporates the historic elements of the Ford and Pacific McKay buildings, including the terracotta facades that were located on the site previously and have been disassembled, restored and reinstalled. This building features 9000-sf of retail space and a 90,000-sf below grade parking garage. The six-story building includes scientific program areas, offices, labs, an in-house data center, vivariums, café, an auditorium, and art gallery.

Valley Electric also offers clients proactive predictive maintenance, periodic maintenance programs that ultimately reduce cost and demands, while maintaining stringent quality measures.  We execute routine and emergency maintenance of electrical power systems and equipment.
