This Core & Shell project consists of a 9-story office building with three and a half levels of underground parking. The building provides 205,000-sf of office space, 5,000-sf of retail, and 220 parking spaces. This office project has many outstanding features, including a lobby surrounded by an exterior courtyard, meeting spaces, and floor to ceiling windows. The power distribution consists of a 6,000 amp 480/277 volt main service. All office tenant loads are fed from the 3,000 amp 480/277 volt riser busway that accommodates each individual floor, along with a 400 amp 480/277 volt panel.
