Women in Construction Week

This week, Valley Electric proudly celebrated our annual observance of Women in Construction Week with a special conference focused on leadership, growth, and hands-on learning. We were honored to hear from an outstanding panel of women who are helping shape Valley from both the field and the office:  Tina Ray, Project Manager • Chelsey Smith, Low Voltage Foreman • Ashley Vietti, Project Manager • Ali Ware, BIM Department & JW Electrician

Each panelist shared real-world insight from their career paths — highlighting the importance of opportunities, mentorship, resilience, and technical excellence. In addition to the panel discussion, attendees participated in hands-on challenges wiring devices, as well as an informational session on our ongoing 3D printing efforts in Valley’s Fab Shop, gaining practical knowledge to strengthen their skills and stay ahead in a constantly evolving industry.

We provide 24 hours, 7 days a week service support and consultation when you need us the most. We are able to support you with any emergency, specialized project, from small work to the ongoing equipment maintenance and operation.

Valley Electric also offers clients proactive predictive maintenance, periodic maintenance programs that ultimately reduce cost and demands, while maintaining stringent quality measures.  We execute routine and emergency maintenance of electrical power systems and equipment.
