United States Federal Courthouse
The Courthouse was a 24-story high-rise with 18 courtrooms, 22 judges' chambers, office administration, a U.S. Marshal Service office and a law library.
King County Regional Justice Center
The project is comprised of a courthouse, a jail, a parking structure, facilities support and a central plant. The 18.7-acre site included a four-story, 270,000 SF courthouse.
Overlake Hospital and Medical Center
This project totaled 445,000 square feet and featured a 6-story Medical Office Tower with a built-out basement and a 740-stall parking garage. Valley Electric was responsible for the entire power re-feed and main power switchover during the construction.

New Ambulatory Surgery Center Expansion

The 42,000 square foot, $10M renovation of the Surgery Remodel and Expansion included four new pre-operative and post-operative facilities, including three new operating rooms, the technological renovation of six existing operating rooms, new offices and locker room.
University of Washington Medical Center - Pacific Tower Renovations
The scope of this project involved the interior renovation of about 70,000 square feet of the University of Washington Medical Center’s Pacific Tower.
University of Washington Medical Center - Cascade Tower Renovation
Renovation of a nine story patient care facility. Complete Build Out of four floors of the existing facility. Renovation included new nurse call, fire alarm, card reader and electrical distribution.
Lynnwood Convention Center

The Lynnwood Convention Center is located on a corner lot on a 140,000 square foot site with high visibility and quick access to I-5, and I-405. The electrical installation consisted of all 600v and less wiring with typical distribution panel boards through the building.
Harborview Medical Center

This 4-1/2 year project added and renovated the region’s largest and well-known trauma center by adding a new 400,000 square foot addition of two towers with an expanded Trauma Center including surgery, emergency, radiology and clinical laboratories. We renovated the kitchen/dining areas, loading dock & support areas four-story bed replacement tower, various laboratories and administrative spaces.
Cosmos Lynnwood Center
The Cosmos Lynnwood Center is a 203,532 square foot, six-story Class A office center located in Lynnwood, Washington.
One Convention Place McKay Tower
The 308,580 square foot, Class A office tower above the Washington State Convention and Trade Center, rests atop two mechanical floors, five levels of the Convention Center and four levels of below grade parking.
Downtown YMCA Renovation
This YMCA building located at Fourth and Madison, consisted of a historic structure that included an additional 8,000 square feet, to the 6-story, 80,000 SF building and featured the Gates Youth Development Center and 20 studio units for transitional housing, as well as support services for homeless young adults.
Chemical Warfare Disposal Facility One
Valley Electric's portion of the contract was to install all electrical components and instruments, pull cable and terminate for the Primary Power system, Secondary Power, UPS, and all the process systems in the plant. In addition, we did all the lighting, fire protection, communications and the Temporary Power work for the entire project.
Bell Street Pier Cruise Ship Terminal
This was the remodel of the existing Pier 66 shell into a cruise ship terminal. It involved two new elevators, an escalator, new HVAC’s, Audio, Video and Lighting systems, 10,000 square feet of baggage unloading/claim area, ticketing and a passenger waiting area.
Cascade High School
The scope of work for this project involved four phases, which consisted of additions and modernizations to six buildings totaling 250,000 square feet on a 39-acre campus. The modernization included architectural, mechanical, electrical, telecommunications and structural upgrades to all six buildings.
Calvero Mid-High School

This new school named Calvero Mid-High School opened in the fall of 2007 accommodating 8th and 9th grade students in the Lake Stevens School District. Electrical work included telephone, data, security, intercom, sound systems and fire alarm systems.
Highline Community College Higher Education Center

This modern three story facility contains classrooms, labs, and administrative areas all built with the best of today's electrical and communication technologies.
University of Washington – Bothell Cascadia Community College Co-Located Campus
This project was a campus facility serving the University of Washington and Cascadia Community College. It included a mechanical distribution building, three classroom buildings, one library, and two parking garages, all of which overlook Hwy 522 and I-405, and serves approximately 1,700 students.
Kitsap Federal Credit Union Corporate Office
Valley Electric was responsible for the design and electrical installation of the power, lighting, sound, catering kitchen, outdoor festival power and low voltage systems of the Conference Center, Parking Garage, Retail Spaces and KTS Office Building. Design challenges included rerouting the power and phone services of the adjacent Bremerton Transportation Center and Washington State Ferry Facilities.
Northwest Airlines Maintenance Hangar & Cargo Facility
The challenging $45 million project, completed in just ten months, was preceded by the removal of an older Delta hangar/ground service equipment facility from the site, building a new GSE facility for Northwest Airlines, and installing tunnel columns and a massive roof structure for a future traffic tunnel that will cut across the southwest corner of the airport.
Kitsap Conference Center @ Bremerton Harborside
The Bremerton Harborside Kitsap Conference Centers is part of a mixed-use development including a Hampton Inn, retail, office, restaurants, marina and condominiums. The project also included five fountains by renowned designers Waterworks.
Seattle Justice Center
This project was the construction of a new fifteen-story commercial structure located in downtown Seattle. The building includes office space for Seattle Police Department, City Officials, courtrooms, detention cells, attorney waiting areas, visiting areas, and a loading dock.
