IDX Tower at Fourth and Madison

The IDX Tower was designed by Seattle's Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Partnership and Kendall/Heaton Associates. The project features a 36-story office tower, with floor to ceiling glass throughout the structure, on top of a 4-story office-retail podium.
The city's first high-rise building in over a decade houses an 8,130 square foot childcare facility, a 14,000 square foot roof garden located on the seventh floor that includes seating for tenants and a play area for children and is highlighted by a curve curtain wall extension of glass and aluminum.
