Seattle-Tacoma International Airport South Terminal Expansion Project -
Concourse A

Valley Electric was the prime electrical sub-contractor for the $375 million South Terminal Expansion Project (STEP). The project included the addition of seven new aircraft gates, providing 14 gates on Concourse A. The Terminal also features moving walkways, four retail stores, nine food concessions, a new baggage system, loading dock, an auditorium and airline offices.
Concourse A
The project doubles the length and width of the existing Concourse. Highlighting a spectacular view of Mount Rainier, the International Arrivals Hall with a 70-foot ceiling and large windows is the focal point of the structure.
