WSU Troy Hall

A Design-Build historical adaptive reuse of Troy Hall originally built in 1926 and was home at one time to the WSU Creamery and Ferdinands. Work includes abatement, demolition of interior structure and concrete floors while maintaining existing masonry wall envelope with bracing until new structural concrete decks have been placed. The building will house laboratory space with extensive MEP systems and include office/support space in a new 10,000 SF addition on the north of existing building.
